Almost a decade ago, we embarked on our first family trip overseas, hauling along our toddler, a newborn, and a comically large American stroller. I was absolutely terrified - anxious about the logistics, haunted by worst-case scenarios, and overwhelmed by all the unknowns. Looking back now, I can confidently say it was the best leap of faith we ever took.

Opting to travel as a family has gifted us with a newfound sense of freedom. It's pushed our boundaries, broadened our horizons, and introduced us to a tapestry of experiences, cultures, and values that have reshaped our lives. In unexpected ways, it’s deepened our appreciation for home while simultaneously expanding our love as global citizens.

Since embracing family travel, we've been bombarded with questions about our motivations, the nitty-gritty realities, and how others can do the same. Now, as we gear up for our boldest adventure yet - a year-long stint in Spain - I've begun chronicling our escapades, blogging about our triumphs (and inevitable mishaps), and sharing our tales from around the world.
